How do I turn automatic renewal on or off?

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open Domains > My Domains and click the domain.
  3. In the Auto Renew section, enable or disable it.

With automatic renewal off, the domain expires on its date unless you renew it by hand. An expired domain stops your site and email, and some extensions are hard or costly to recover, so we recommend keeping it on.
