My site shows "Not secure": what do I do?

Every plan includes a free SSL certificate, installed automatically. If the browser still says "Not secure", it is usually because the domain was pointed to us only recently, or a new subdomain was added.

  1. Log in to Plesk and open your domain.
  2. Click SSL/TLS Certificates.
  3. Choose the free Let's Encrypt certificate, tick the domain and the www version, and confirm.

It takes a minute. If the request fails, the domain probably does not point to our server yet: open a support request and we will check the DNS for you.

Stuck? Open a support request and we will do it with you.
