How do I get a backup restored?

Every plan has automatic daily backups, and restoring them is part of the service.

  1. Open a support request.
  2. Tell us the site, the day you want to go back to, and what to restore: the whole site, only the database, or a few files.
  3. We restore it and write back when it is done.

If something broke after an update, mention it: we can restore the state from before the update.
